About the Author

Hey guys! I thought this would be a great time to do a “Meet the Author” which is quite ironic because I actually have two books published, Checkmate! and Knight. Don’t worry, I haven’t given up on writing, but I have always wanted to start a blog, and have started a few, but never had time to really pursue it actively.

I am starting this blog because I love all things beauty. I love makeup, I love the confidence it brings out in people, and I love that rocking a bold lip can totally change your entire mindset for the day. I believe that women and men have every right to express how they feel and what they love through the power of cosmetics, which is an art in itself.

Now, let’s get on to the “about me” section. I am a very big equality activist, I love to write, I hoard makeup unnecessarily, I work as a Marketing associate, I live in the SF Bay Area, and last but not at all least, I have a little one who was born in July.

On top of my published books, I also have a published poem, I really enjoyed Speech and Debate in high school, and still adore public speaking! I love to read, watch movies as well as Youtube videos.

I don’t want to spend an extended amount of time chatting on about myself, but if you have any questions at all for me, feel free to ask away! I am an open book. 🙂
